New Developments in Sports Medicine: Working Out at Any Age, at Any Level

This course will describe new techniques in sports medicine designed to prevent and treat sports injuries during any and all recreational activities. It is directed at those trying to stay fit, “weekend warriors,” parents and grandparents, young adults involved in sports activities, and even masters level athletes.
